L&G Spring Vintage Sale this WKND!

Hey there Seattle area readers. Scoot your butts over to Ballard this weekend for our first ever L&G Studio Vintage Sale.

Our addiction to raiding thrift stores and estate sales has gotten the best of us and before we end up on the show "Hoarding: Buried Alive" we thought we'd do some much overdue spring purging.

Phat Phurniture Phinds

Had to post some of these great updated mid-century furniture pieces sent to me by our friend Terri. They're offered up by the UK's Fears and Kahn and appear to be vintage pieces recoated with great color combos. Makes me want to take a paint brush to some of our furniture and livin' things up!

L&G Typewriter Round Up!

L&G Shop is back!! And oh boy, do we have some fantastic finds! First things first, I just have to say that this Olivetti graphic for their typewriter is the coolest thing I've seen! We happened to have painted one of our walls similar to that green! Plus we have an aqua Olivetti typewriter which we're totally gonna hang it on the wall as a display! Now I just gotta convince Dylan to paint one of the walls with that pink...Dylan and I gathered a collection of diversely vintage typewriters. The antique industrial Remington, mid-century Italian Olivetti and classic Olympic, and all are available on our L&G shop! We're psyched about these since each and every one of them are in great working condition. They all have fantastic color schemes and design details! There's nothing that compares to the satisfying clicking sound of the keys.

Danish Desk Luxury

Thought I'd share some images of this incredibly incredible teak desk that was posted on ebay. Gorgeous mid-century teak, funky shape, nice details, and oh yeah, a swanky secret bar door complete with mirrored interior. Doesn't get any classier... Auction has ended and alas I was not the victor...last thing we need is another oddly shaped piece of furniture. But go there and check out more pics.
