SHIPPING TERMS:

Unless otherwise indicated, we ship our items within 5-7 days. Please refer to each product description as certain items are made to order and can take 3-6 weeks.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

For domestic shipping we use FedEx ground and all shipments are insured.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping can be tricky and risky. We require ALL international shipments to be insured in cases if the packages gets lost or damaged (this is included in our shipping costs). If your don't receive your order in 14 business days, please contact us at expert@ladiesandgentlemenstudio.com. Lost international packages can take time to track (up to 6 weeks), so we ask for your patience in filing a claim on international packages.
